• Create or Login to your CEREC Connect account
• Select “MY CEREC CONNECT”
• Type “Blackburn Dental Lab” in the box for Company Name
• Click FIND
• Check the box to the bottom left for “Blackburn Dental Lab”
• Click ADD to complete the registration
• When sending cases, select Blackburn Dental Lab from your list

• • • Select “Find a Laboratory” on your iTero Scanner
    • Connect with Blackburn Dental Laboratory Call 601-932-6300
    • After connecting to us as a Lab, select Blackburn Dental Laboratory on your scanner when sending files

Option 2

• • Call 800-577-8767
  • Select Option 1
  • Request that Blackburn Dental Laboratory is added to your scanner and Identify our lab using our phone number: 601-932-6300
  • After Blackburn Dental Laboratory has been added, restart your scanner
  • After connecting to us as a lab, select Blackburn Dental Laboratory on your scanner when sending files

• Go to us.3shapecommunicate.com in a web browser
• Connect with Blackburn Dental Laboratory by searching [email protected]
• After connecting to us as a Lab, select Blackburn Dental Laboratory when sending files

• Call 3M™ support at 800-634-2249 select Option 3
• Select Option 1 and request support Blackburn Dental Laboratory be added to your scanner
• 3M™ will then confirm with Blackburn Dental Laboratory and add connection remotely

• Select Find a lab option on your scanner
• Search for either Blackburn Dental Laboratory or [email protected]
• Add Blackburn Dental Laboratory
• Select Blackburn Dental Laboratory when submitting scans

• Visit Carestream Connect on your scanner
• Search for Blackburn Dental Laboratory
• Add Blackburn Dental Laboratory
• Select Blackburn Dental Laboratory when submitting scans raw STL files
