In-Lab Turn Times

Our interactive case scheduling calendar assists with case planning and helps with efficiency. Please allow one day for processing and one day for outbound shipping.

  • Select date case will ship from your office from the calendar icon
  • Select your desired product or service
  • Click on “Go” to access the scheduling calendar, which shows the number of processing days, expected delivery date and any holidays that may delay the process.

Working times do not include weekends or holidays. We do not count the day we receive the case as a working day in the laboratory. Rush service is available on most cases for an extra charge but must be pre-scheduled with a lab manager. Shipping times may vary slightly by shipping method and location.
